All WABORI artworks are carefully handcrafted and shipped from Japan.

Each piece is inspected and securely packaged after an order is confirmed.
Orders are typically processed within 5–10 business days before shipment.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on the nature of the artwork or during busy periods.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship internationally using reliable courier services.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Japan: 2–5 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight of the package.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

If your order arrives damaged, or if you experience any issues during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, including photographs of the packaging and artwork.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
